The Name

Syllogistic, pronounced “sill-o-gist-ic,” refers to the first type of formal logic ever studied.  It was developed in approximately 350 BC by Aristotle, and documented in his book “Prior Analytics.”

Software design and development requires exceptional logic skills, as any computer program can be reduced to a series of logical constructs.
